Who we are

What we collect

This website has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no payment pages. We only receive the details you choose to send us in a chat:

• Your name and phone number (shown to us by WhatsApp when you message).
• The delivery address or pickup point you give us.
• The items, sizes and quantities in your order.

Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser on your device. We cannot see it until you send the order to us.

Why we use it

To confirm your order, arrange delivery or pickup, agree payment with you, and answer questions about an order. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who else can see it

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the chat itself, under its own privacy terms.
• The delivery rider or courier we use for your parcel receives your name, phone number and address so they can deliver it.

How long we keep it

Order chats stay in our WhatsApp history so we can handle questions about a past order. Ask us to delete your chat and details and we will do so, unless we still need them for an order in progress.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message +255 787 408 969 or email Zarinatkarim@icloud.com and we will reply.
