Orders

This website shows what we stock; it does not take payments. When you tap “Order via WhatsApp”, a message opens in WhatsApp with the items you picked. An order is only agreed once we reply and confirm the items, price and delivery with you.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and can change at any time.
• Delivery cost, if any, is agreed with you in the chat before you pay.
• Payment is arranged directly with us in the chat.

Stock, sizes and photos

Items are limited and can sell out before we reply. Photos are taken of the items we stock; screen colours and lighting can differ slightly from the item in your hands. Sizes follow the maker’s own labelling — ask us for measurements before ordering if you are between sizes.

Brand names

Brand names and logos shown on items and in product titles belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the item offered; we are not an official dealer for or affiliated with those brands.

Delivery

We deliver inside Dar es Salaam and to other regions. Timing depends on your location and the courier, and is agreed with you in the chat.

Returns

Using this website

Please do not copy our photos or text for another shop, and do not try to break, scrape or disrupt the site. We keep the site available as best we can but cannot promise it is always online or free of errors.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and disputes are handled by the courts of Tanzania. If something is unclear, message us — we would rather sort it out in the chat.
